Mircea Monroe is an American television and film actress and model who was born in St. Louis, Missouri. Her father, who worked for the United Nations, was stationed in the Solomon Islands and Fiji, so Monroe spent most of her early childhood in the South Pacific. After spending time in various other countries, she moved back to the United States. She lived in Michigan and Virginia before finding herself in Los Angeles, pursuing a career in acting and writing.

Monroe's first year in Hollywood garnered several breakout roles, and she has worked steadily in film and television ever since. She is an active talent in all aspects of new media, creating viral videos and trending on Twitter. She has guest-starred on shows such as "Rules of Engagement", "Sons of Anarchy", "Without a Trace", "Supernatural", "Chuck", "Franklin and Bash", "Men at Work", "White Collar", "The Mentalist", "Anger Management" (with Charlie Sheen) and "Sullivan & Son".

Monroe's film credits include: Cellular, Borderland, Stone & Ed, The Black Waters of Echo Pond, Tekken, The Change-Up, Bloodwork (2012), Magic Mike and Slightly Single in L.A. She currently stars on the shows "Hart of Dixie" (with Wilson Bethel) and the Lisa Kudrow comedy series "Episodes". She previously had recurring roles on the short-lived Fox series "Drive" as well as the web-series "Ghostfacers".
